Using this website, booking a walk and experience implies that that you understand, agree to and accept all the terms and conditions written below.

Public walks and experiences fees are clearly stated and never negotiable.

 

Private walks and experiences fees can be negotiated meeting the needs of the client.

 

Cancellations must be made in writing by email at least 1 week before the start of the walk and experience in order to obtain a refund. When possible, public walks and experiences can be rescheduled to an alternative date at the discretion of Community Tourism London. Please be aware that the conditions below apply:

More than 2 weeks: 100% refund
More than 1 week: 50% refund
Less than 1 week: No refund

 

Community Tourism London walks and experiences are covered by public liability insurance. Clients are nevertheless recommended to obtain their own travel insurance.

 

​Walks and experiences can be altered or cancelled due to weather conditions or other circumstances at the discretion of Community Tourism London.
